Instructions

PAPERS

We invite you to send us a paper of your accepted abstract. Papers will be published in the proceedings.

The paper template file can be found below.
The paper should be minimum 4 pages of total length (including figures, tables and references).
The maximum length is 8 pages. Failure to respect the paper template will result in the rejection of your paper.

The authors must complete a license agreement for their paper to be included in the Conference proceedings.

Deadline for submission of papers and License agreement is 15 May 2016.
Papers must be submitted in word document and in PDF format as attachment by email to info@EESD2016.be.

The scientific committee members will review the papers by 15 June 2016.
The final paper must be sent by 8 July 2016.
The final paper must be both submitted in word-document and pdf-file to: info@EESD2016.be

Please note: Accepted papers that are not being presented (i.e. non of the authors are present) will not be included in the proceedings.

Deadline for submission of the full paper is 15 May 2016.
The scientific committee members will review the papers by 15 June 2016.
Recommendations and corrections are adjustable till 8 July 2016.

POSTERS

We invite you to send us a poster of your accepted abstract. Posters will be published in the proceedings.
You might prefer to include a 2-pager extended abstract as well.

The poster should be presented as a A4 *.pdf file.
For the 2-pager extended abstract please use the template for papers: see below.

The authors must complete a license agreement for their poster and paper to be included in the Conference proceedings.

Deadline for submission of poster (and 2-pager) and License agreement is 15 May 2016.
Posters must be submitted in 1 A4 PDF format. The 2-pager extended abstract must be submitted in word document and in PDF format as attachment by email to info@EESD2016.be.

The scientific committee members will review the posters by 15 June 2016.
The final poster must be sent by 8 July 2016.

Please note:

accepted posters that are not being presented (i.e. none of the authors are present) will not be included in the proceedings;
we can offer you to print the poster, so that you don’t need to carry it with you when travelling: please contact bernard.mazijn@ugent.be for more information.
